Tell us the safe model and what is happening. Our team will review the details, explain the terms and provide a quotation before an appointment is arranged.
We assess safes that cannot be opened because of a forgotten code, a missing key, a flat battery or a lock problem. The work depends on the model and its condition.
Before contacting us, prepare a photo showing the safe’s brand, model and lock, a brief description of the issue, and the service location.
We can help with safe checks, code changes, and changing a mechanical combination lock to a digital one. We’ll check the model and confirm the terms and price before arranging an appointment.
Share the safe model, approximate weight, and pickup and drop-off locations so we can assess the work and provide a quotation. Safe moving is a separate service from product delivery.
We accept service requests for Uchida, Chubb, King Steel, Yale and Booil safes, including digital and mechanical combination locks. Service availability depends on the model and its condition.
We accept requests for safe opening and repair throughout Thailand, subject to the safe model, its condition, and the terms and quotation accepted by the customer.
Fees may vary depending on the safe model and the work required. Travel within Bangkok is free in every district. For other locations, travel is charged separately. We’ll confirm the travel fee and quotation before arranging an appointment. We arrange service after you accept the terms and quotation.
Repair work usually takes 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the problem, model and work required.
